flowing Between Surf and Shelter

At Waco Surf, authentic Texas ranch life meets west-coast surf culture. People come from all over the US to surf at a first-of-its-kind wave pool in the heart of Central Texas. The energy is distinctly focused on connections - immersive, thoughtful, intentional, and experiential.

The Desperado Community at Waco Surf will elevate the park’s existing feel while staying affordable to a broader clientele than the typical surf club. Cost-saving technology in 3D concrete printing - developed by our friends at ICON - makes this goal achievable.

Homeowners can choose between three floor plans to create their dream vacation home. Each plan was designed with a connection between indoors and out as a top priority. The wave-like geometry of the concrete emphasizes this and contributes to the seamless flow of the spaces. Whether hanging out in the living room, relaxing in bed, or waxing your board in the backyard, members can enjoy a view of the pool and connection to this awesome community.
