Turning Low-Density Homes into High-Impact Places

Bryker Assemblage is an adaptive reuse of low-density housing, transformed into a thriving community center at the heart of a growing neighborhood. The design strategically edits the existing building stock and introduces new shaded spaces to encourage gathering, comfort, and active engagement throughout the day.
